Last updated: 22 October 2026. These terms apply to Bill DNA software sold by Sree Dynamics ("we", "us"). By buying or using the software you agree to them.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your own business on the number of devices in your plan (1 device per licence key). You may not resell, share, rent, copy, reverse engineer or remove the licence protection of the software.
The price is Rs 299 per month, or Rs 2,499 for 1 year, including 18% GST. You may pay for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Payments are processed by Razorpay. The licence is valid for the paid period. There is no automatic renewal; we remind you before expiry. When a licence expires, the app stops creating new bills until renewed. Your data is never deleted by expiry. A free trial of 7 days is available once per mobile number.
The product is digital. The licence key and download details are shown immediately after successful payment and sent to your email or mobile. No physical shipping.
Your business data (bills, stock, customers) is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups. We store only your buyer details (name, mobile, shop, city, email, GSTIN) to issue and support your licence. See the Privacy Policy.
The software helps prepare invoices and GST workings. You are responsible for the correctness of the data you enter and for filing returns. Please confirm tax treatment with your chartered accountant.
The software is provided as is. We work to fix errors quickly. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current licence period.
We may block a licence that is shared, resold or used against these terms, without refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
