Refund and Cancellation Policy

7 day refund

If the software does not work for your business, write to senthamilgp10@gmail.com within 7 days of payment. We will try to fix the problem first. If we cannot, we refund the full amount you paid for that purchase.

After 7 days

Payments are not refundable after 7 days, except where the law requires. You can stop renewing at any time; there is no automatic charge.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the same payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days after we approve.

Not refundable

Licences blocked for sharing, reselling or breaking the Terms.

Cancellation

There is no subscription to cancel. Each payment buys a fixed period.
